Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Cancel or reschedule 7 or more days before your appointment at no charge. Between 72 hours and 7 days the fee is $25, between 24 and 72 hours it is $50, and within 24 hours it is $100. The fee is deducted from your refund. No-shows and no-calls are not refundable; a missed appointment may be rescheduled once for $100. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the fee for that window applies.
