Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancellations more than 72 hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows and no-calls are not refundable. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling; the $25 rescheduling fee applies.
