I’ve always wanted a more streamlined process for my clients. I remember back in my days working for corporate years ago. We had an metaphor for our customer service experience. We called it the “Limo Ride” I finally feel like my website has reached the level of a Limo Ride for my clients. Purchasing and scheduling is one process. Navigating is straight forward and easy to follow. The look and feel of the new Headshots LA website is clean and fresh. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Scheduling was always difficult in the past. If your remember I had to have my clients do 2 steps and go to 2 different offsite places to book and purchase. Now everything is under one roof at the Headshots LA Online Shop. Packages are given the correct amount of time depending on the number of looks. It really makes my life and my clients life so much easier.
The new look of Headshots LA’s website is clean and fresh. Navigating the portfolios and Headshots LA Shop is smart and responsive. Pictures are much larger to showcase the different styles of Headshots. The information “Pages” are fun to look at and are more enjoyable to read than before. All in all it is an amazing website.
