Commonly Asked Questions:
- Why are there 2 versions of the final retouched photos? One is sized for web and one is sized for print. You can tell which is which by looking at the file name. (114767webc.jpg)
- How many photos do I get retouched? Each package comes with free retouching. If you purchased the 1 look 1 Retouch you receive 1 retouched photo. If you purchased the 3 Look 3 Retouch then you receive 3 retouched photos. Check which package you bought to see how many retouched photos your receive.
- How long until I receive my retouched photos? The standard retouch time is 1-2 weeks if you did not purchase rush retouching. I have no way of predicting when yours will be ready. I retouch all my photos and do them in the order I receive them. If you didn’t purchase express retouching then plan on retouching to take 2 weeks. If you don’t receive your retouched photos within 2 weeks contact right away.
Selecting Photos for Retouching

- Filenames – Please send me the full filename that ends in .jpg that you see below the photo in the online gallery.
- Selecting Photos It’s always best to edit on a computer. This way you can put photos side by side and look at them from a distance to see which one pops.
- Please do not send me your favorites from Pixiset. Submit your filenames to my retouching email address. retouchinghsla@outlook.com
Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff
You want to look for a photo with a nice expression that shows who you are and overall composure.
- Don’t worry about loose hairs or if the face is a little under exposed and etc. Retouching will make photos pop and get rid of all the small details that distract.
- Look at the big picture. How does your expression make you feel? Choose wisely my friends. And please make sure you don’t pick a shot where your eyes are blurry. They got to be crisp.

Please do not wait to purchase your extra retouching. I can not send your order until the fees are paid.
- Extra Retouch $45 per image.
Step 4 – Rush Retouching Fee –
Please do not wait to purchase your rush retouching. The clock starts when you purchase and send me the filenames. I can not begin your order until the fees are paid. The rush fees do not include the price of an extra retouched photo.

- 72 Hour Retouching $25 per image
- 24 Retouch $50 per image
