Cancellations made 7 or more days before your appointment receive a full refund. Within 7 days, a cancellation fee applies on a sliding scale: $25 between 72 hours and 7 days before the appointment, $50 between 24 and 72 hours, and $100 within 24 hours. The fee is deducted from your refund.
No-shows and no-calls are not refundable. A missed appointment may be rescheduled once for a $100 fee.
Rescheduling follows the same schedule as cancellation. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling, in which case the fee for the applicable window applies.

After a refund is issued the bank says it could take 7-10 days to process.
If you book a shoot with a nonrefundable cash deposit the balance is due the day of the photoshoot.
Reshoots that are requested by a client that are not due to the fault of the photographer will be granted for a $75 fee.
Image Ownership Rights:
You are free to use all the photos from the shoot for promotion and commercial use. If you need a release for commercial use please send me the form to complete.
